Here is Cristina’s calendar and it shows both booked and available dates for mediations and arbitrations:

• If the date is completely shaded, it is not available. If the date is only half-shaded, that means you may be able to get another session held on that day.
• Once you have selected an available date for your mediation or arbitration session, please click on the calendar date to reserve the date.
• If the time that you want on that date is not offered, please include the time that you prefer in the comments section and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Please include the following information when completing the booking to expedite the approval process:
  • Complete name of all of the parties and/or style of the case
  • Name of the attorney booking the mediation and names of any other attorneys involved in the case
  • Court Case Number and Claim Number, if applicable
  • Name of insurance company, if applicable
  • County where the claim or case is located

• Sessions are booked on a first-come and first-served basis. Mediations and arbitrations can be conducted either in person or via video conferencing technology. If it will be in person, please see Rates & More for additional information.
• Our goal is to help you get your matter resolved as soon as possible, so please feel free to reach out if you cannot find the date you need for your case or claim and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
